Refund Policy

Our greatest wish is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please contact us via this email address, and we will do our best to resolve the issue!

Please also note that by placing an order, you agree to all the following terms and conditions.

Cancellation and Modification

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your purchase, please send an email to support@giftstail.com with your order number and the modifications you would like to make. We will confirm with you once the modification or cancellation is complete.

Your order can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing the order. After 2 hours, the order will be locked for processing and cannot be canceled.

Please note:

Personalized orders are locked for processing once completed and therefore cannot be modified. Please carefully check all information before completing your order.
If your order requires modification, we cannot guarantee timely delivery, as it may take longer during holiday periods to ensure the changes are completed with the manufacturer.

Replacement or Return

Because our products are custom printed and unique, we only accept returns and exchanges for items with significant problems upon receipt.

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you must submit a request or notify us if a return or exchange is needed due to the following major reasons:

The product has been damaged or broken.
The print quality is blurry or does not match the images on our website.
A different style or size than your order.
For customized products, we are not responsible for compensation if the image you provide is of poor quality (resolution lower than our requirements) or contains spelling errors. Please check the examples in the customization box before placing your order to confirm your final requirements. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please note that our products are custom-made and depend on market demand, so they are not always in stock. Also, due to lighting conditions during photography or monitor settings, there may be slight color differences between the advertising images and the actual product. Therefore, please allow for a 20% color difference between the advertising images and the product you receive.

If the problem is significant, we may choose to replace the item or issue a refund within a reasonable time. In this case, the item may be disposed of by the customer.

Please contact our customer support team to initiate the complaint process. To better assist you, please provide the following information:

Order number
Video or photos of the defective product
If your claim is related to a printing error, please include a photo of the error.
If your claim is related to print size or placement issues, please include a measuring tape, ruler, or stick in the photo of the affected garment.
Complete shipping address
Contact phone number

If you request a refund (this is very rare, as we are confident you will love our products), please return the item to us. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method.

In some cases, only a partial refund may be provided (if applicable).

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts, if the damage or missing parts are not due to our fault.
We do not accept returns for any items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Note:

Our return center is located outside the United States.
If you choose not to return the item through our customer support team, and the returned item does not meet all of our requirements, we will not issue a refund.

Incorrect Address

For orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error:

We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender (as all items are immediately destroyed upon return to the manufacturer's warehouse).

Please note that replacements for these phone cases are not free, so please be extra careful when entering your shipping address.
