You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If no tracking shows initially, it means the carrier has not processed the parcel yet. If it is past your estimated arrival date, please contact us for assistance.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after that time will be processed on the next business day.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at support@giftstail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and your order number. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If the parcel is forwarded/redirected after leaving our warehouse, we are not responsible if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
